By using the Monochromaticfinds website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

Because our products are handmade, small variations in print, placement, color, or finish may occur.

Products and designs may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders.

3. Custom Orders

Please review all names, credentials, colors, sizing, and personalization before placing your order.

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds will be accepted.

If an error was made by Monochromaticfinds, please contact us so we can review the issue.

4. Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control are not covered.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Customers are also responsible for any tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, or other applicable charges required by their country or shipping carrier.

Orders will not be refunded, replaced, or reshipped due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept a shipment.

6. Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

Packages marked Delivered but not received should be reported directly to the carrier or local post office.

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Badge Reels

Badge reels contain moving parts and are subject to normal wear and tear.

Lifespan may vary depending on use, handling, weight attached, and care.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, dropping, pulling, overloading, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, badge reels are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange, except where required by law.

8. Badge Buddies

Badge buddies are made from sturdy acrylic but may crack, chip, or break if dropped or hit against a hard surface.

Accidental damage, including cracks, chips, or breakage caused by dropping, impact, misuse, or improper handling, is not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

9. Intellectual Property

All Monochromaticfinds designs, artwork, photos, graphics, logos, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, recreated, or used without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or rights to the design or artwork.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and social media platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
