Can I customize my order?
Yes — credential, color, design and orientation options vary by product.
What sizes do Badge Buddies come in?
Vertical fits up to 7 letters, Horizontal up to 12 letters, with a maximum of 2 words.
What's the difference between Standard and Extended?
Standard fits your badge; Extended adds space for a plastic-cover badge or extras.
2mm or 3mm — which should I choose?
2mm is lightweight; 3mm is the sturdier standard. Availability varies by design.
What's your return policy?
Custom and personalized items are final sale. See our Returns and Exchanges page for details.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
Contact us with your order number and photos. Damage from wear, dropping or handling isn't covered.
How long will my badge reel last?
It depends on use, what you attach and handling; some normal wear is expected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — options are shown at checkout. The customer covers any customs and duties.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — tracking is sent with your shipping confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
